Belinda Blevins

Belinda Marie Blevins, age 58, of Clyde, OH passed away on January 18, 2024 at her residence. Belinda was born on January 8, 1966 in Bayview, OH, the daughter of Virgil and Ethel Marie (Taylor) Wooten. 

Belinda worked at Lowe's Hardware in West Jefferson, NC for 15 years prior to moving to Clyde, OH to care for her mother. She was an incredibly kind-hearted person, a born caretaker who loved to crochet for children, and she adored animals. Belinda also had an adventurous spirit and loved amusement parks, especially Carowinds and Tweetsie Railroad in North Carolina.

In addition to her mother, Belinda is survived by her son, Joshua (Amber) Blevins of Knoxville, TN; and siblings, Randall Wooten and Kim Wooten. 

Belinda is preceded in death by her father, Virgil Wooten; and brother, Steven Wooten. 

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 from 10:30am-11:00am until a funeral service begins at 11:00am at Foos Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 504 E. McPherson Hwy, Clyde, OH. Following the funeral service, a luncheon will be held at Harvest Temple Baptist Church, 1022 S. Main St. Clyde, OH 43410. Burial services will be held at Chestnut Hill Cemetery in Crumpler, NC.
