Lois Tuttamore

Lois Rose Peterson Tuttamore went home to be with her Savior and family in Heaven on September 3rd, 2017. She was born in Ladysmith, Wisconsin to the late Chester Peterson and Herleen Peterson and was the youngest of four children. Her brothers: Ben, Howard, and Clarence and their families still reside in the Wisconsin area.

Lois and her husband William Tuttamore were married in 1981 and moved to Ohio. They have lived in the Marblehead area for over 25 years. She is survived by her husband and her children: Justin (Molly) Tuttamore, John (Karly) Tuttamore, and Annie (Brian) Hild. She had eight grandchildren. Her daughter Trista, her parents, and her grandparents preceded her in death.

Lois was an active member in her church, Truth Ministries, where she was the Director of the Food Pantry. She also had an in-home bakery for over 40 years. She was a volunteer at Heartbeat, President of the local Gideon Auxiliary, and a member of the Lions Club.

A memorial service will be held at Grace Baptist Church, 4650 E Port Clinton Eastern Rd, Port Clinton, OH 43452 on Saturday, September 9th, at 1pm. A private burial service will take place before the service. In lieu of flowers and other gifts, memorials can be made to Stein Hospice, the Gideon’s, Heartbeat of Ottawa County, or The Church of Truth Ministries.
